TERMS OF SERVICE
- For communication purposes, I use Telegram, Discord, and DMs on my socials.- My art may not be used for commercial purposes, only by me the artist.- Commissions are for personal use only. Unless specified beforehand.- I do not draw or do business with minors. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.- let me know beforehand if you intent to print my artwork, I will use the proper dimensions for it.- I reserve the rights to the final artwork for portfolio and promoting purposes. Please let me know beforehand if you want the artwork to be private.- I, the artist, reserve the right to post work in progress (wips) of the artwork to all of my social media and Patreon before and after the artwork is finished. As well as time-lapse videos.- Rates listed are only base price. It can go higher depending on complexity.- Time to finish the artwork varies depending on complexity and your position in the queue, the usual time for a single Full body: is 2 - 7 days (time starts after an approved sketch.).- The client will be kept up to date throughout the commission process and will be able to request changes and edits at each step. However certain changes will be locked in after confirmation. I.e. you’ve confirmed the pose in the gesture sketch, the pose cannot be changed later.- I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. In the event of cancellation, payment for the already completed work will be held back from a refund. Payment must be available by the time of contact.- If the commission is not a Ref sheet, I need character references to work with.- Payment will be the full amount upfront, or half upfront/half after the finished sketch (except for icons and single sticker commissions).- Maximum of three different position sketches before the final decision- DO NOT edit, alter, or claim my artwork as yours.- DO NOT crop or remove my watermark (signature)- Final PNG artwork is sent through Google Drive or Email.- My art should not be used as NFTS or AI image generator fuel.-Paypal only: [email protected]- By clicking on the link below you are going to be redirected to the form page, by sending it you agree to the terms of services.
